We welcome Nomination from Consignee and Buying House.
ALPL as nomination Consolidator and as Freight Forwarder and Custom Broker (Custom House Agent) company work as an intermediary between the shipping line or airline the consignee and Buying House. As nomination agent we be responsible for coordinating the shipping process and ensuring that all aspects of the shipment are managed effectively.
Booking Space: ALPL as nomination agent books the space on the shipping line's or airline's vessel or aircraft for the shipment.
Documentation: We ensures that all necessary documentation is in place for the shipment to clear customs and reach the consignee. This includes customs declarations, shipping documentation, including the bill of lading or airway bill, commercial invoice, packing list, and any other regulatory requirements.
Coordination with the Shipper & Transporter: ALPL coordinates with the shipper to ensure that the shipment is transported from factory and ready for shipment on time.
Coordination with the Shipping Line or Airline: We, coordinates with the shipping line or airline to ensure that the shipment is loaded and transported according to schedule.
Tracking the Shipment: ALPL tracks the shipment and provides updates to the consignee on its status.
Delivery of Goods: Our Destination agent deals with the shipping line or airline to arrange for the delivery of the goods to the consignee at the destination port or airport.
Customer Support: ALPL provides customer support and assistance to the consignee throughout the shipping process.
Communication: We establishes communication with the Consignee, Buying agent, Importers, and Exporters. We communicate the necessary details about the shipment, such as quantity and type of goods, delivery schedule, and documentation requirements.
Staying informed: We keeps clients informed about the status of the shipment and provides regular updates on the work flow. We ensure that the consignee is aware of any changes to the delivery schedule and the status of customs clearance.
Vessel selection: We selects the most appropriate vessels for each shipment based on factors such as size, transit time, and cost. We negotiate with carriers to ensure that the shipment is transported at the most favourable rate.
Compliance management: We ensures that all shipments comply with local, national, and international regulations, including customs, security, and safety requirements.
