Consolidation of shipping goods by sea or Air is a process at Alauddin Logistics Private Limited to help in streamline the shipping process and reduces the cost of transportation where multiple small shipments are combined into a single larger shipment to reduce the cost of transportation. ALPL as a consolidator acts as an intermediary between Consignee, Buying house multiple Shippers and the Shipping line from start to finish.The following steps we undertake in the consignee cargo consolidation of shipping goods by sea and air:
Receiving Goods from Multiple Shippers: We at ALPL receives the goods from multiple shippers at our warehouse or Container Freight Station, terminal.
Stowing the Containers on the Vessel: The containers are then stowed onto the vessel in accordance with the shipping line's guidelines.
Issuing Bill of Lading: We as consolidator issues a bill of lading that covers all the shipments included in the consolidation.
Shipping the Consolidated Goods: The consolidated goods are then shipped to the destination port.
Delivering the Goods to the Consignee: Once the consolidated goods arrive at the destination port, ALPL delivers Cargo Arrival Notice, Invoice, the goods to the consignee after payment.
Ocean Freight & Pricing: The cost of cargo consolidation is typically based on the weight and volume of the shipment, the distance to be travelled, and the value of the goods.
We arrange segregation, palletization, fumigation, shrink wrapping, stickers of goods according to your specific instructions and requirements
Stuffing: The process of loading goods into containers and arranging them in a manner that maximizes space and stability.

Containerization: The goods are loaded into containers and the containers are sealed and ensure safe and secure transportation.
Pre-shipment and post-shipment documents are essential for the smooth and efficient handling of your shipment. Before shipping, the following documents may be required:
Commercial Invoice. Packing List
• Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Other required certificates or licenses
Post After shipment, the following documents will be necessary: Bill of Lading (original or telex release)
• Delivery Order
• Custom Clearance documents
• Other relevant documents (depending on the destination country regulations)
• Stuffing Photographs
